Virtual Worlds Connect Brokerage Event - II edition

Participants looking for partners will have a unique opportunity to present their organizations and ideas for project proposals in the form of a brief oral presentation

Rules:

• 3–5 min pitch, only slides,  priority given to: potential coordinators, WP leads, and presenters of proposal concepts, location of the operation will also be taken into account

• presentation should include: research concepts/technologies, organisational expertise, selected topic

• we only accept ONE presentation per entity.

• only presentation prepared on the following TEMPLATE will be accepted

• please follow the instructions presented in the pitchdeck template.

Due to the limited time available during the pitching session, only selected presentations will be presented live during the event. The selection will be based on the quality and relevance of the submitted pitch, as well as the date of submission. Early submission is therefore strongly recommended.

The organisers will also aim to ensure a balanced and proportional representation of all ecosystems participating in the event.

If necessary, the organisers may contact participants and request minor revisions or adjustments to the presentation before the event in order to improve its clarity, relevance or consistency with the pitching format.

Importantly, all presentations submitted by participants will be published on the event website, including those that are not selected for a live pitch. This will give all participants an opportunity to present their expertise, project ideas and cooperation interests to the Virtual Worlds Connect community.
