Virtual Worlds Connect Brokerage Event - II edition

We kindly invite you to an international online brokerage event designed to support networking and consortium building for upcoming Horizon Europe calls related to Virtual Worlds and immersive technologies. The event combines information sessions, project showcases, pitching, thematic networking and one-to-one matchmaking to facilitate targeted collaboration among research, industry, public sector and innovation support stakeholders.

The event is addressed to organisations that are part of the virtual worlds ecosystem, particularly those within XR4Europe, XR Poland, XEVRE, and XR Wallonia:

• universities,

• research and technology organizations,

• private companies (including SMEs and large companies),

• public bodies,

• associations/federations,

• experts on social sciences and humanities,

• NGOs,

• clusters, hubs,

• other R&D stakeholders.

The event includes an information session presenting the call topics focused on virtual worlds, a pitching session where participants can showcase their project ideas and expertise, thematic rooms hosting moderated and in-depth discussions on project concepts, and a matchmaking session offering opportunities to establish direct contacts with other event participants.

The brokerage will provide you with the opportunity to:

• discuss and refine your project ideas with potential partners,

• build collaborations and join consortia,

• get inspired, with new ideas and contacts to achieve your goals.
