Posca Romana is an alcohol-free secco made from handpicked red grapes and refined with an eight-year-aged balsamic vinegar crafted from Trockenbeerenauslese — a rare and noble sweet wine of the highest quality. Composed entirely of natural ingredients, just as it was over 2,000 years ago, it contains no alcohol, no caffeine — and yet, it naturally invigorates.

The refined botrytis note (noble rot) comes from the Trockenbeerenauslese-based balsamic, whose delicate sherry tones and subtle wood aromas develop over eight years of aging in wooden barrels. This depth is balanced by the rich, gently pressed direct juice of the St. Laurent grape, creating a harmonious interplay of sweetness and acidity.
