Integrated Nanotherapeutics Inc. (INT) is a preclinical stage biotechnology company developing innovative mRNA-lipid nanoparticle (LNP) based therapeutics for autoimmune diseases such as Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). Spun out from the laboratory of co-founder Dr. Pieter Cullis at University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada).
Our proprietary multi-cargo LNP Drug Delivery System (DDS) enables the delivery of multiple therapeutic modalities within a single nanoparticle, either alone or in combination. Leveraging this platform, we have generated strong preclinical proof-of-concept efficacy data in NOD mice demonstrating reversal of T1D using mRNA encoding multiple antigens, together with immune modulators delivered through our proprietary multi-cargo LNP system.
INT is currently raising a Series A financing to advance our lead T1D asset into a Phase 1b/2a clinical trial and to complete in vivo efficacy studies for our second immune tolerance program.
