Raising Series A for a Breakthrough Immune Tolerance Platform

Co-Founder & CEO at Integrated Nanotherapeutics

About

Integrated Nanotherapeutics (INT), a pre‑clinical company in Vancouver (Canada), is developing a multi‑cargo LNP platform that co‑delivers mRNA and small‑molecule immune modulators to induce antigen‑specific immune tolerance

Our LNP drug delivery platform enables precise delivery of mRNA, small molecules, or both within a single nanoparticle, with tunable cargo release profiles. Our lead Type 1 Diabetes program has shown both prevention and reversal in animal models and received positive FDA feedback in 2025. We are opening a $25M Series A in Q2 2026 to advance INT-101 to Phase 1b/2a. The same mRNA-LNP platform has been successfully adapted to other autoimmune diseases by swapping in disease-specific antigens, demonstrating a flexible, plug‑and‑play approach for T‑cell–driven autoimmune diseases.
