Co-development of immune tolerizing therapies

Co-Founder & CEO at Integrated Nanotherapeutics

About

Integrated Nanotherapeutics (INT), a pre-clinical company in Vancouver (Canada), is developing a multi-cargo LNP platform that delivers mRNA alongside small-molecule immune modulators to induce antigen-specific immune tolerance.

Our LNP platform enables precise co‑delivery of mRNA, small molecules, or both within a single nanoparticle, with tunable cargo release profiles. In our lead Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) program, we have demonstrated both disease prevention and disease reversal in animal models and held a positive first FDA meeting in 2025. We plan to advance this program into a Phase 1b/2a clinical trial in Q4 2027.

Using the same LNP formulation, we extended this approach to Multiple Sclerosis and Autoimmune Thyroiditis by changing only the mRNA to encode disease‑specific antigens. These results demonstrate a robust, plug‑and‑play delivery platform that can be readily adapted to new T‑cell–driven autoimmune indications.

We seek partners/collaborators to co-develop therapies for autoimmune disease of interest.
