About
Our proposed role would focus on the materials and cell-level aspects of recycling, including the physicochemical characterization of recovered electrode materials, assessment of their suitability for direct or indirect reuse, and optimization of their electrochemical performance. We could contribute to the development of strategies for converting recycled or recovered materials into high-performance electrodes for lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, followed by systematic electrochemical benchmarking against reference materials.
