Satellite & AI-based Climate and Infrastructure Risk Analytics for Horizon Europe CL5 Projects

SCP / EyeOnBlue is a deep-tech SME delivering satellite-based Earth Observation and AI-driven risk analytics to support climate resilience, energy systems and critical infrastructure.

We aim to join or contribute to a Horizon Europe Cluster 5 (CL5) consortium addressing challenges related to:

• Climate change adaptation and resilience

• Energy and utility infrastructure risk

• Urban and regional sustainability

• Extreme climate events and environmental stress

Our contribution

• Earth Observation expertise using Sentinel-1/2/3, SAR and InSAR

• AI/ML-based anomaly detection, change analysis and risk modelling

• Fusion of satellite data with meteorological and in-situ datasets

• Development of operational decision-support dashboards

• Strong applied experience in energy, environment and infrastructure sectors

We can contribute to or lead work packages focused on:

• EO data processing and analytics

• Climate and infrastructure risk assessment

• Digital platforms and decision-support systems

• Demonstration and validation with real-world use cases
