About
Smart City and Partners (SCP) is a deep-tech company founded in 2019, specialized in Earth Observation, satellite analytics and AI-driven environmental and infrastructure risk intelligence.
Over the past years, SCP has evolved from an early-stage startup into a technology provider with operational deployments, supporting public authorities, utilities and industrial stakeholders in climate risk management, environmental monitoring and infrastructure resilience.
Building on advanced expertise in SAR, InSAR and multispectral satellite data, SCP develops actionable decision-support systems rather than static maps. Its solutions transform complex satellite and environmental data into operational insights for real-world use cases such as climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction and critical infrastructure protection.
SCP’s technological capabilities are strengthened through continuous training and collaboration with leading space and research ecosystems, including programs related to European Space Agency and NASA, and through participation in national and international innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives.
What SCP delivers
-
Advanced Earth Observation analytics using Sentinel-1/2/3, SAR and InSAR
-
AI-based anomaly detection, change analysis and risk modelling
-
Integration of satellite, meteorological and in-situ data
-
Operational dashboards and early-warning tools for decision-makers
-
Applied solutions for climate, environment, energy and infrastructure sectors
Key application areas
Water systems: sedimentation, algae and chlorophyll monitoring, reservoir and dam dynamics
Climate and ecosystems: drought stress, vegetation health, biomass and carbon sink analysis
Extreme events: wildfire risk, environmental anomalies and climate impacts
Infrastructure: ground deformation and asset risk detection using InSAR
Air quality and environmental indicators linked to climate change
SCP’s solutions are designed to support real operational decisions, helping stakeholders better understand risks, optimize resource use and improve resilience against climate-driven challenges.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, SCP contributes to sustainable development by enabling data-driven management of natural resources, infrastructure and climate risks.
Today, SCP operates through its EyeOnBlue platform and modular solutions (Fire, Aqua BI, Infrastructure), positioning itself as a reliable technology partner for Horizon Europe Cluster 5 projects, where climate, energy and infrastructure resilience intersect.
