Prosegur has developed a low cost Building Management System that is compatible with all types of climate equipment and other smart building devices, and that allows facility managers to automatize climatisation among other functions in order to minimise energy expenditure in office facilities, touristic facilities and industrial facilities. This software uses occupancy monitorization, building history and AI to optimize energy usage in different sectors along the day, promoting cost-efficiency and sustainability. Moreover, it is able to notify facility managers when an error is ocurring in the appliances and ease the prompt activation of maintenance protocols.

Prosegur offers to be a partner in Building-related calls, with the capacity to provide this software for testing and implementation, and to collaborate in integrations with flexible grid and energy flexibility markets. Moreover, we can provide our the consortium with potential pilot sites (offices and industrial) in Spain and security consultancy expertise.
