About
Eurecat can offers expertise to support consortia preparing proposals under HORIZON-CL5-2026-09-D4-01 (Built4People Partnership), addressing the technical, social and economic factors influencing smart building energy performance.
Our potential contributions include:

Integration of indoor air quality (IAQ) control systems and models with HVAC technologies, linking comfort, air quality and energy management.

Assessment of occupant comfort perception and its relationship with energy performance.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) to evaluate environmental and economic impacts, supporting evidence-based design and operation.

Validation in real environments, using Living Lab facilities to test integrated solutions in existing buildings.

Support to demonstration activities, including data collection and analysis.
