Hadean Energy - a spin-out from the CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency - is commercialising a breakthrough high-efficiency, low-cost tubular Solid Oxide Electrolyser (tSOE) technology for the production of green hydrogen and syngas for e-fuels. Our technology advancement enables hydrogen to be produced at a higher efficiency and lower cost than incumbent technologies – creating a key catalyst for the decarbonisation of hard-to-abate, fossil-fuel dependent industries, such as steel making, ammonia and methanol production. Additionally, Hadean’s technology can catalyse the shift to e-fuels through the production of low-cost syngas.
