Present Your Project Idea | Pitching Sessions
The four thematic workshops taking place from 10:30 to 13:15 will combine presentations on the upcoming 2027 Horizon Europe opportunities with dedicated Pitching Sessions, giving selected participants the opportunity to present their work directly to an audience already interested in the same thematic area.
Participants interested in pitching are invited to prepare a short presentation for one of the four workshops, according to their field of expertise, project idea and partnership interests:

Your pitch should go beyond introducing your organisation. It should clearly present your project idea or area of work, the expertise and capabilities you can contribute, the relevant Horizon Europe 2027 opportunity, and the partners or complementary expertise you are looking for.
Participants wishing to be considered for a pitching slot should prepare their presentation using the official event presentation template. All pages of the template must be completed, providing the requested information in a clear and concise manner.
Completed presentations should be submitted to the organising team at gif2027@sistemglobal.com.tr for evaluation. Submission of a presentation does not automatically guarantee a pitching slot; applications will be reviewed based on their relevance to the selected workshop, clarity of the project or cooperation interest, and potential for partnership building.
Selected pitches will form part of the morning thematic programme and are intended to help participants make their expertise and project ideas visible before the afternoon's face-to-face matchmaking meetings, creating a direct link between pitching and potential bilateral discussions.

Pitching Presentation Template
Participants wishing to be considered for a pitching slot are required to prepare their presentation using the official template provided below.
Please follow the structure of the template carefully and complete all pages and requested fields in full. The information provided will be used by the organising team to assess the relevance of the proposed pitch to the selected thematic workshop and its potential for cooperation and partnership building.
Please ensure that your presentation clearly identifies your project idea or area of work, relevant expertise and capabilities, the Horizon Europe 2027 opportunity you are targeting, and the type of partners or complementary expertise you are looking for.
Completed presentations must be submitted by email to gif2027@sistemglobal.com.tr for evaluation. Please indicate the workshop in which you would like to pitch when submitting your presentation.
