About

IronFlock is an industrial AI and middleware platform that connects machines, PLCs, sensors, and factory software, then lets teams deploy AI workflows, SCADA/MES applications, and secure remote operations on top of one architecture. Instead of stitching together connectivity, edge runtime, security, and rollout tooling yourself, IronFlock provides the full stack so you can go from idea to deployed industrial app in days rather than months.

At its center is an AI assistant that understands your machines. You can query production data in plain language, control devices in real time, and generate live dashboards from a single conversation. Each app you install teaches the assistant new skills, and IronFlock orchestrates multiple specialized AI agents through one runtime with shared context, permissions, and operational data.

Around that, IronFlock delivers a complete operational toolkit: machine and system connectivity over industrial protocols (PLC, OPC UA, MQTT), a no-code SCADA and dashboard builder, a cloud development studio with Git and CI/CD integration, OTA updates for online and offline edge environments, fully auditable secure remote access, and multi-tenancy for running many customers, sites, and projects with clean data separation. A built-in app store offers ready-made solutions, while custom apps can be built and distributed to customer sites — making IronFlock equally suited to manufacturers and to OEMs shipping digital services with their machines.

For teams that need full data sovereignty, IronFlock in a Box is a self-contained appliance that runs the entire platform locally on the factory site. It requires no cloud connectivity to operate, keeping all data on-premises, yet remains accessible through your cloud account when online — with no open ports, VPN, or DNS configuration required. The appliance supports unlimited projects, connected systems, apps, and users, includes remote access, the App Studio, and unlimited alarms, and keeps its online and offline app catalogs in sync. Licensing is flexible, available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time perpetual license.

IronFlock runs cloud-hosted, as a full private-cloud or on-premises installation, or as the on-site appliance — all on the same architecture, with no vendor lock-in. Built around EU Data Act, NIS2, CRA, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 requirements, it scales from a single line to entire plant fleets without changing the underlying system.
