Project cooperation: pilot for MiCAR-compliant RWA tokenisation infrastructure
CEO at Arbit Technology Limited
Mellieha, Malta
About
ArBitTech is building regulated technological infrastructure for the tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA) in European capital markets, based in Malta under MiCAR and MiFID II.
We are looking for an institutional partner — an asset manager, custodian, fund administrator, or comparable regulated entity — interested in cooperating on a pilot project: applying our MiCAR-native infrastructure to a concrete real-world asset use case.
The architecture separates utility access tokens (no listing, no staking) from security tokens carrying economic rights, the latter handled through a dedicated MiFID II vehicle pursuing authorisation. A pilot would help validate how this separation operates in practice, with a real asset class and a real regulated counterpart.
We bring the infrastructure and regulatory architecture; we are looking for the use case and the institutional context. This is a project cooperation proposal, not an investment solicitation.
