Partnership: regulated infrastructure for RWA tokenisation (MiCAR/MiFID II)
CEO at Arbit Technology Limited

About
ArBitTech builds regulated technological infrastructure for the tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA) in European capital markets, based in Malta under MiCAR and MiFID II.
We are looking to connect with organisations operating within the regulated perimeter — MiFID II investment firms, custodians, fund administrators, and compliance or legal practices working on capital markets infrastructure — to explore how our architecture could integrate with existing regulated operations.
Our positioning is deliberately narrow: we are infrastructure for regulated capital markets, not a blockchain company, and our two-layer architecture keeps utility tokens (access/coupon model) structurally separate from security tokens with economic rights, which are handled through a dedicated MiFID II vehicle pursuing authorisation.
This is an early-stage conversation about infrastructure fit and potential collaboration — not an investment proposal.
