MiCAR-native tokenisation infrastructure platform for regulated capital markets

About
ArBitTech is a Malta-based provider of regulated technological infrastructure for the tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA) in European capital markets, designed natively for MiCAR and MiFID II.
The platform is built on a two-layer architecture: a utility layer (access/coupon-based tokens, no listing, no staking) and a security layer for instruments carrying economic rights, which operates under a dedicated MiFID II vehicle pursuing authorisation. This separation is structural, not a workaround — it determines how each instrument is classified and which obligations apply.
We are exploring how this infrastructure can extend into other European jurisdictions and institutional contexts. If your organisation works with asset managers, custodians, or fund structures considering tokenisation, or if you operate in academic/research settings studying regulatory architecture for digital assets, we would welcome a conversation.
This listing describes a technology and infrastructure offering, not an investment product.
