The event is organized by the Latvian Council of Science.

Participation in the event is free of charge. As the number of on-site places is limited, and to welcome participants from a wide range of countries, a quota system will be applied to ensure balanced international representation. We kindly ask you to await an official confirmation e-mail from the Organizers (sent from ingrida.lavrinovica@lzp.gov.lv) before making any travel arrangements.

NCP_WIDERA.NET travel grants can be used to attend the event.

This event is held within the framework of the TECHRITORY forum, granting participants full access to the forum’s rich program and activities.

The Techritory Ecosystem catalyzes the advancement of future technologies through collaborative innovation. By uniting industry leaders, academic pioneers, policymakers, and innovators, it fosters a dynamic ecosystem where ideas transform into impactful solutions. The event will take place from October 22 to October 23, 2025, with over 600 speakers and guests in attendance in Riga, Latvia. The Agenda of the Techritory forum is available here.

Space strategy and directions for the next Horizon Europe Cluster 4 “Digital, Industry and Space” work program for 2026-2027 will be unveiled:

The event features a series of targeted sessions designed to maximize your engagement and collaboration opportunities:

• Info session: Horizon Europe opportunities in Space

  • Gain exclusive insights into the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 4 Space calls, with a spotlight on the EU Space Act and the EU Space Strategy for security and defense. Discover where Europe is heading and where your organization can play a role.

• Pitching session : share ideas and shape projects

  • Step into the spotlight to present your project ideas and explore collaborative opportunities, setting the foundation for future funding.

• Matchmaking session: build partnerships

  • Meet like-minded innovators, industry leaders, and researchers ready to collaborate. Find the partners you need to turn concepts into funded projects and ventures (use your b2match account and send meeting requests to those you want to meet).

Due to the limited number of participants, only individuals with an active account in the b2match system can participate in the event. Account activation is the responsibility of the Organizers. The registration is confirmed when the Organizers have activated your registration on the b2match platform and sent you a registration confirmation email.
