About

The project team is a multidisciplinary group with strong expertise in molecular profiling, including bulk and single-cell sequencing, epigenetic analysis (DNA methylation), and cfDNA-based diagnostics. The team has extensive experience in the development and characterization of patient-derived cell cultures and lung cancer organoids, allowing for functional validation of genomic biomarkers. Competence also includes advanced computational approaches for the integration of omics and medical imaging data, including radiomics and AI-supported diagnostics. The group has contributed to high-impact publications and ongoing patent submissions in the fields of molecular oncology, translational genomics, and data-driven personalized medicine.
