Leveraging multimodal data to advance Generative Artificial Intelligence applicability in biomedical research (GenAI4)
About
Our Team
Our team combines experienced medical researchers, radiologists, and AI engineers. We specialize in building clinically validated, modular AI solutions in radiology, pathology, and neurophysiology. Our technology is designed for real-world clinical integration and regulatory compliance.
Our competences
Expertise in developing multimodal AI models combining imaging, clinical, and pathology data.
Experience in foundation model training and fine-tuning for radiology (CT, MRI) and histopathology applications.
Development and validation of AI solutions for:
Brain MRI volumetric analysis (e.g., white matter hyperintensity detection)
Pulmonary nodule and pulmonary embolism detection from chest CT
Histopathology image-based cytomegalovirus (CMV) detection
Strong experience in clinical dataset curation, annotation, and GDPR-compliant data management.
Early work in generative modeling for medical imaging augmentation and domain adaptation.
📣 EU project experience (optional)
Our team has secured 4 R&D grants totaling $1.5M from national and international sources and collaborated with Dokuz Eylül University, Hacettepe University, and ETH Zurich.
While this would be our first direct participation in a Horizon Europe project, our team members have participated in international academic-industrial collaborations related to AI in healthcare.
What you are we looking for
