42-year experience as Entrepreneur and Consultant in the areas of project management and new technologies for industry automation, R&D and innovation, CBT/e-Learning, OSH, Risk Management, Industrial Safety, KET, Industry 4.0/5.0, Emergencies & Security Management, Critical Infrastructures Resilience and Governance. Frequent speaker in Conferences and workshops, both in Spain and Europe, collaborating with EU-Agencies (EU-OSHA, JRC, DGHOME CERIS, DGECHO…) and international Associations (ASIS, CRITIS, ESRA, ESReDA…).

Since 2007 Secretary General at PESI (Spanish Technology Platform on Industrial Safety & Security) and member of the Board in the European Platform ETPIS actually SAF€RA. Up to 2025 Senior advisor at TECNALIA (biggest private Research Center in Spain), responsible of R&D Strategies on Safety, Security and Critical Infrastructures.
