KEMEA Partnership Offer for Horizon Europe Cluster 3
About
KEMEA offers strategic added value to consortia seeking a strong operational and policy-oriented partner for Horizon Europe Cluster 3 and related security research projects. As a government-affiliated think tank with direct links to law enforcement, civil protection authorities, and local communities, KEMEA provides:
-
Direct access to end-users including Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), civil protection entities, and public authorities.
-
Design and execution of real-life pilot demonstrations, field exercises, and validation trials.
-
Definition and collection of operational and technical requirements from frontline actors.
-
Support in ensuring legal, ethical, and societal compliance of security innovations.
-
Expertise in counterterrorism, disinformation, radicalisation, and strategic communication.
-
Strong stakeholder engagement, dissemination, and policy alignment capabilities.
KEMEA leverages its extensive involvement in EU-funded security initiatives to ensure that projects are shaped by real-world operational demands, informed by end-user perspectives, and aligned with policy frameworks at both national and European levels. We are looking to collaborate with consortia where we can offer hands-on validation, regulatory guidance, and broad stakeholder outreach to maximize project impact.
