About
This opportunity seeks partners for project cooperation under Horizon Europe’s 2025 “Civil Security for Society” programme. We aim to join or form consortia addressing pressing security challenges—ranging from disaster preparedness and humanitarian demining to border management, cybersecurity, and the fight against organized crime and terrorism. By cooperating with public authorities, research institutes, SMEs, and NGOs, we aim to co-develop and pilot cutting-edge technologies, services, and policy innovations. Partners with operational capabilities, R&D expertise, or access to end-user networks are welcome. Let’s co-create scalable solutions that strengthen European security and resilience.
