Looking for outstanding post-doctoral researchers for Sabancı Business School

Prof. Kocabiyikoglu is looking for outstanding post-doctoral researchers who are willing to apply for Marie Sklodowska – Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) 2023 call.

Her research focuses on behavioral decision making, with applications in operations management, healthcare operations, forecasting and sustainability. Dr. Kocabiyikoglu employs empirical methods, and in particular, controlled laboratory experiments, to study decision making behavior in order to identify whether decision makers deviate from normative prescriptions, and if yes, the drivers of such behavior, as well as potential decision biases.

The potential applicants are expected to have strong background on experimental methodology. Sabancı Business School is well equipped in this area with a state of the art behavioral laboratory, grad students and researchers. Candidates should have a strong motivation and team spirit with the enthusiasm to bring scientific questions to successful conclusions. Researchers of any nationality in possession of a doctoral degree and those who have not resided in Turkey for more than 12 months in the three years before the call deadline (13 Sept 2023) are eligible to apply.
