BCN Medicare Hub is a contract manufacturing partner specialized in the complete development and production of medical devices. Located in Barcelona, our hub unites seven complementary industrial companies, each with its own expertise, working in full coordination to deliver high-quality solutions under one single partnership.

We cover the entire journey of a medical device, from the initial idea to the final delivery to the customer. Our services include market studies, patent analysis, and product development, ensuring that every project starts on a solid foundation. We provide in-house capabilities in electronics, plastic injection, mold manufacturing, precision machining, metal sheet fabrication, and component sourcing, combined with strong expertise in engineering, prototyping, and documentation for medical certification.

Once validated, we manage the industrialization process, scaling up into series production, including blister-packed consumables manufactured in ISO-certified cleanrooms and final assembly of medical equipment.
