Workshop: Leading With Purpose: ​Business Models To Drive Sustainable Growth

The session “Leading With Purpose” follows the Economics of Mutuality‘s (EoM) robust Operating Model taught for ten years at the Oxford University Said Business School. The team will highlight how they have transformed businesses from India, to China, and beyond through purpose. Small, interactive provocations will ask the workshop participants to apply the transformation process to their businesses and personal challenges. This 60-minute session is as much an opportunity for personal reflection as it is a wake-up call to redefine commercial growth through sustainable purpose.
