About
Virentis offers a reusable HDPE packaging system for circular business-to-business logistics. Each container is durable and trackable, with GPS for live location, an NFC digital lock for controlled access, and an e ink display that replaces paper labels. The aim is to replace single-use cartons with a container that can run many cycles and be recycled at end of life.
The system is designed for regulated and high-value flows where control matters. Typical use cases include pharmaceutical production and distribution, defense and sensitive components, industrial spares, and distribution center loops in retail. In these environments the container provides full visibility, a clear chain of custody, faster receiving, and less relabeling and waste.
The economic and environmental model is simple. There is a higher initial cost and footprint when the container is manufactured, and it is paid back incrementally with every shipment as the unit is reused. Over dozens to hundreds of cycles the total cost per shipment falls while packaging waste and emissions decline, so the investment is recovered both financially and in reduced impact.
We are entering a new product development phase and want to place units in a closed loop between warehouse to warehouse or manufacturer to warehouse. This benefits us by generating real-world data, and it benefits a potential partner by shaping the product to their needs.
If you are a manufacturer or work with subcontractors, let’s connect and explore how we can reduce environmental impact and save money together.
