AI/ML-Driven Platform for ADC Patient Selection Using Animal and Human Tissue Whole Slide Image (WSI)

Global Business Development Manager at AIVIS

Seoul, South Korea

About

ADC development requires accurate identification of patients or samples with suitable target biomarker expression. The project will focus on applying Qanti**®** Discovery to ADC patient selection and biomarker exploration. Animal and human H&E/IHC WSI will be analyzed to quantify target expression and explore candidate enrichment criteria.

The expected output is an RUO biomarker analysis package that may support ADC development, exploratory cut-off analysis, translational research, and future patient/sample selection strategies.

This project is strictly Research Use Only (RUO). AIVIS does not plan to pursue regulatory approval for this product. The intended commercialization model is RUO-based biomarker analysis for ADC R&D.

We are primarily looking for a university hospital, cancer-specialized hospital, national/public cancer center, CRO, or central pathology lab with strong oncology clinical trial experience.

The primary partner should ideally have:

  • Active participation in oncology clinical trials and experience with ADC or biomarker-driven oncology research

  • Access to both animal and human tissue samples and the right to use or share such samples for research purposes

  • Digital pathology infrastructure, including pathology digital scanners and H&E/IHC WSI

  • Pathologist review and biomarker annotation capability

Expected tasks of the primary partner include:

  • Provide or enable access to animal/human tissue samples, H&E/IHC slides or WSI for selected cancer types and targets, and available preclinical or clinical metadata, if accessible

  • Support pathology review and biomarker annotation

  • Help define the most relevant cancer type, ADC target, and sample cohort

  • Review Qanti Discovery outputs, including biomarker quantification, heatmaps, exploratory cut-off results, and enrichment analysis

  • Contribute to an RUO validation report, case study, publication, or follow-on collaborative study

AIVIS will perform:

  • WSI-based biomarker quantification

  • AI-based analysis of H&E/IHC tissue images

  • Heatmap and quantitative score generation

  • Exploratory cut-off analysis

  • Patient/sample enrichment analysis

  • RUO report generation

Pharmaceutical or biotech companies are welcome to participate if they are interested in ADC development, biomarker-driven patient selection, or access to RUO WSI-based biomarker quantification. The role may include providing ADC-related target information, drug development context, preclinical efficacy data, clinical trial tissue metadata, or feedback on the practical use of Qanti Discovery for ADC patient/sample selection.
