Work for Ukraine is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of refugees—showing how their talents and skills can be effectively mobilised for the benefit of society, whether people choose to rebuild their lives locally or eventually return home.

We specialise in addressing complex challenges faced by displaced people across different systems and geographies. From improving access to healthcare for refugees in the Netherlands, to securing sustainable funding for refugee camps in Iraq, and preventing displacement near active frontlines in Ukraine, our work is rooted in real‑world impact.

Work for Ukraine brings together the expertise required to deliver change at scale. We form strong cross‑sector coalitions, secure and manage funding, and lead projects from research and policy development through to implementation. Our team is uniquely positioned to do this work: all our professionals have lived refugee experience, combining first‑hand insight with deep sector expertise.
