Welcome to the EU–Ukraine Business Summit networking & meetings platform

The EU–Ukraine Business Summit matchmaking platform, which is available free of charge, has been created with the support of Enterprise Europe Network in collaboration with clusters from Ukraine and the EU, andbacking from the European Commission. It aims to facilitate direct B2B meetings for European and Ukrainian companies and stakeholders during the EU-Ukraine Business Summit in Brussels on April 23 and also accommodates online meetings.

After registering on the platform, participants will have the opportunity to schedule their in-person meetings on the premises of the EU-Ukraine Business Summit, at Autoworld, Brussels. Please note that to meet in person at the Business Summit, participants need a ticket for the event, which can be requested for free at EU-Ukraine Business Summit 2026. Request your ticket early before the event reaches capacity.

Additionally, on-line meetings will be possible during the week of the event.

How does the B2B Matchmaking work?

All participants are by default registered for the 1:1 networking (signing-off possible). To request a 1:1 meeting with one of the participants you simply browse the participants list and identify good matches. Afterwards you send your meetings requests and add a line why a meeting would make sense. Once the recipient(s) accepts your request the meeting will be scheduled on a reserved table and next free timeslot on the event.

The networking is open before and during the event. After the event you can still stay in touch with other event participants via the integrated chat messaging.

B2B Meetings

The Platform offers a hybrid format of B2B meetings.

If both meeting partners attend on-site the meeting will be scheduled local on Tables while if one or both meeting partners attend remote the meetings will be scheduled as Video-Calls within this platform.
