Youth Council of Kherson Region

The Youth Council at the Kherson Regional State Administration is the official advisory body representing the strategic interests of the region's next generation. In the context of regional recovery, our primary mission is to restore human capital and create the fundamental conditions for youth and young families to return to the de-occupied and frontline territories.

We strongly advocate for a "human-centric" approach to rebuilding. Currently, our strategic focus is on policies and initiatives that foster resilient, secure educational environments and community spaces. We collaborate with regional authorities and international partners to support projects that guarantee physical safety, ensure the continuity of the educational process, and rebuild the social fabric of the Kherson region. We are participating in the Summit to connect with European stakeholders and technology partners who understand that investing in sustainable, secure civic infrastructure is the mandatory first step to reviving local communities and the regional economy.
