Tech & Funding Partnership: Modular Underground Schools for Kherson region
Head of Recruitment at the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at Youth Council of Kherson Region
Odesa, Ukraine
About
Project Overview
To revive the economy of the Kherson region, young professionals and families must return. For this to happen, children need absolute safety from aerial threats during school hours. The Youth Council at the Kherson Regional State Administration has prepared a targeted infrastructure initiative: transitioning from vulnerable above-ground schooling to autonomous, modular underground educational hubs.
The Portfolio: 7 Ready-to-Implement Sites
We have identified and prepared the administrative groundwork for 7 critical educational facilities across the Beryslav and Kherson districts that urgently require civil defense structures. Our target locations include:
-
Charivne School Branch (Basic Secondary Education, Borozenske community, Beryslav district)
-
Arkhangelsk Hub School (General Secondary Education, Novomykolaivka, Beryslav district)
-
Borozenske Preschool Institution (Beryslav district)
-
"Skhidnenskyi Lyceum" (Skhidne village, Kherson district)
-
Fedorivka Lyceum (Darivka community, Kherson district)
-
Novoraisk Hub School (Complete General Secondary Education, Beryslav district)
-
"Dzhereltse" Preschool/Nursery (Arkhangelske, Beryslav district)
Our Approach & Expertise
Bringing a background in complex infrastructure, military geodesy, and public administration, our team ensures these structures meet the highest security standards. We focus on scalable, modular reinforced concrete solutions adapted to the specific soil and groundwater conditions of the Kherson region.
What We Are Looking For (Project Cooperation)
We are looking to form a consortium or direct B2B partnerships to bring these 7 sites to life:
-
Technology Partners: European manufacturers of rapid-assembly modular concrete structures, advanced HVAC (ventilation and air filtration) systems, and off-grid energy solutions suitable for underground dual-use spaces.
-
Impact Investors & Donors: Financial partners, development agencies, and CSR-focused corporations willing to fund the construction of specific shelters from our portfolio to directly support the resilience of Ukrainian communities.
