Digital twins and simulation for regional rail infrastructure and vehicles
Transfer manager at Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe

About
We develop digital twins and simulation environments for regional rail vehicles and infrastructure. Our focus is on branch line reactivation, low density services and innovative vehicle concepts.
The digital twins combine multi body vehicle dynamics, control and automation, perception, as well as infrastructure and timetable representations. They are used for concept evaluation, requirements engineering, virtual testing of ATO functions and analysis of capacity and energy performance on existing branch line infrastructure.
We are interested in collaborations where digital twins and simulation are needed for concept and architecture studies, virtual validation or operator decision support.
