The Technology

The key components of the industrial gas recycling systems are ON2Quest proprietary catalytic and adsorption processes. These are usually integrated with commercially available components such as compressors, filters and scrubbers in order to work as a fully automated, plug and play recycling system. These components work together to remove impurities such as particulate matter, sulphur dioxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and volatile organic compounds from industrial gases.

Some common applications of industrial gas purification and recycling systems include the purification of spent industrial gases such as hydrogen and nitrogen, but also more valuable gas streams such as argon and helium.

The same technology can be applied in purification and recycling of product gas streams like syngas. These systems are widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and energy, amongst others.
