Methanol Reformer

Hydrogen transport is inefficient—30-ton trucks carry only 300 kg of compressed H₂, leading to high costs and emissions. Transporting hydrogen as methanol boosts logistics efficiency by 12x. Methanol can be produced renewably (biomethanol, e-methanol), cutting greenhouse gases. Our core technology includes high-efficiency methanol reformers that produce hydrogen with 99.97% purity (ISO 14687 compliant), using a mixture of methanol and deionized water. These systems operate 24/7 with minimal environmental impact, emitting no NOx, SOx, or particles, and significantly less CO₂ than diesel engines. When fueled with green methanol (biometanol or e-methanol), emissions can be neutral or even negative. Our technology is scalable, cost-effective, and ideal for off-grid or industrial use. The reformer has been designed mainly to supply hydrogen for fuel cells, hence, enhancing expansion of sustainable electricity. Our portfolio includes three core products designed to enable efficient, clean hydrogen & electric generation:

Methanol Reformer – A compact methanol reformer that produces 10 to 16 kg/h of high-purity hydrogen (99.97%) using a mix of methanol and deionized water. It offers low emissions, 24/7 operation, and is ideal for stationary or mobile applications.

e-Nomad – A mobile, off-grid energy solution combining a reformer, a fuel cell, a 160 kW battery system, and an inverter, all housed in a 20-foot container. It delivers 130 to 240 kW of continuous power, perfect for remote EV charging, construction sites, and maritime use. It can also be fitted for stationary use.

CHG System – An on-site hydrogen generator designed for hydrogen refueling stations (HRS) and industrial applications. It integrates a reformer and compressor, producing hydrogen at 6–8 €/kg and up to 30 bar pressure, supporting sectors like steel, food, glass, and energy.
