Vegg Foods is a deep-tech food startup developing circular plant-based functional ingredients by upcycling chickpea side-streams into high-value food products through a low-carbon process.

Our product portfolio includes:

• Plant-based egg alternative (aquafaba) for vegan and clean-label food applications;

• Fortified hummus bars enriched with postbiotics, vitamin D3, and B12 for functional and emergency nutrition;

• Fermented chickpea coffee with high protein and dietary fiber content and a lower environmental footprint.

We are seeking collaboration opportunities with industrial partners, research organisations, biotechnology stakeholders, pilot facilities, and Horizon Europe consortia in areas related to circular bioeconomy, sustainable food systems, biomass valorisation, industrial biotechnology, alternative proteins, and low-carbon food production.
