OEE–S2S/P2C Modular Hubs for Clean Water and Future Green LH2 Supply

TPG Cleantech / The Pham’s Genius Inc. is seeking European partners for OEE–S2S/P2C, a modular nearshore/offshore platform designed to convert seawater and solar energy into clean water today and future green hydrogen/LH2 infrastructure tomorrow.

The system uses floating solar-water harvesting branches to produce low-salinity condensate through solar-thermal phase-change separation. Condensate and photovoltaic electricity are then routed to centralized harvest nodes, where electrolysis, hydrogen processing, liquefaction, storage, boil-off recovery, and marine or industrial supply can be performed under controlled conditions.

The architecture is intended to reduce dependence on conventional desalination, avoid direct seawater electrolysis risks, and support phased deployment from small coastal clean-water pilots to larger nearshore or offshore hydrogen hubs.

TPG Cleantech is looking for partners in:

• marine engineering and offshore validation

• solar-thermal modelling and digital twin simulation

• materials, recycled components and modular manufacturing

• electrolysis and water-quality validation

• LH2 liquefaction, storage and boil-off recovery

• port infrastructure and marine bunkering

• EU Clean Industrial Deal / Horizon Europe consortium development

The goal is to build a practical demonstration pathway: first simulation and sizing, then controlled prototype validation, followed by pilot deployment with coastal, port, island, or industrial partners.
