EEV–OCE–OCC Near-Zero Emission Propulsion and Carbon Capture Platform

TPG Cleantech / The Pham’s Genius Inc. is seeking European partners for EEV–OCE–OCC, a near-zero emission technology platform combining advanced clean propulsion, high-efficiency energy conversion, and onboard or industrial carbon capture.

The concept is designed as a transition pathway for sectors that cannot immediately move fully to battery-electric or green hydrogen systems, including heavy-duty transport, maritime logistics, port operations, industrial equipment, and energy-intensive applications.

The platform combines three strategic elements:

EEV — an extended electric / energy-efficient vehicle and industrial mobility architecture.
OCE — an optimized combustion / clean engine pathway for higher-efficiency propulsion and power generation.
OCC — an oxidized carbon capture concept intended to reduce CO₂ emissions from combustion-based systems before the full hydrogen/LH2 infrastructure is available.

The project aims to support practical decarbonisation by reducing fuel waste, capturing carbon at or near the source, and preparing a bridge toward future clean-fuel integration. It may be relevant for clean industrial transport, low-carbon maritime applications, port equipment, heavy machinery, hybrid propulsion, and industrial emission-reduction systems.
