📌 Profile Validation Requirement

In order to ensure full participation and visibility on the platform, all registered participants are expected to complete at least one section under the Marketplace, namely:

• Project Cooperation and/or

• Expertise

Profiles without sufficient information may not be considered fully validated.

🎤 Pitching Session (Prestigious Session)

The Pitching Session represents a high-visibility and selective segment of the event.

Participants wishing to be considered for this session are required to:

• Use the official presentation template,

• Carefully review the Pitching Section guidelines,

• Ensure that their submissions are aligned with the specified format and expectations.

Only presentations prepared in accordance with these requirements will be taken into consideration.

🤝 Matchmaking Sessions (1:1 Meetings)

Participants are strongly encouraged to make active use of the matchmaking feature to schedule 1:1 meetings with potential partners. These sessions provide a valuable opportunity to explore collaboration prospects, exchange project ideas, and initiate future consortia.

Early booking is recommended to ensure availability of relevant meeting slots.

💻 Platform Information

All plenary sessions and presentations will be delivered via Zoom.
Only 1:1 matchmaking meetings will take place through the B2Match platform.

Participants are advised to ensure access to both platforms in advance.
