Learning how other living labs operate: sourcing, pilots, management, and close

Rally is civic innovation infrastructure for Central Florida, operating as a testing-and-learning intermediary across 12 counties. We've built our own model, and we know there's always room to improve it. The best way we've found to do that is to look closely at how other living labs operate and learn from their practice.

We're looking to connect with living labs willing to share an inside view of how they actually work:

• How you source. Where solutions come from, and the mechanics of bringing them in.

• How you operate. The staff, systems, and structure that move a solution from idea toward testing.

• How you pilot. The frameworks you use, how a pilot is structured, and how you manage it while it's running.

• How you close. What happens when a pilot ends, and how you carry the learning forward.
