Rally is civic innovation infrastructure for Central Florida, operating across 12 counties. Over years of practice we've built something most living labs are still working to figure out: a replicable model that moves promising social and environmental solutions from idea all the way to regional adoption, and sustains itself through earned income rather than grants.

Our expertise spans the full pathway. Defining a region's real priorities. Sourcing high-potential solutions locally and globally. Building ventures to be sustainable and measurably impactful. Testing them inside real institutions as an external R&D service, so a host sees whether a solution works without risking its capital or reputation. And turning each pilot into a decision-ready case study that moves proven solutions to adoption across a region.
