Seeking living labs ready to turn their pilots into a sustainable, earned-income service

About
Most living labs run their pilots project to project, funded by grants, and struggle to move promising solutions all the way to adoption. Rally, civic innovation infrastructure for Central Florida, has spent years building and operating a different model: a replicable pathway that carries social and environmental solutions from idea to regional adoption, and turns pilot work into a sustainable, earned-income service.
The pathway runs across five stages, understand, source, build, test, and scale, with the testing phase operating as external R&D for host institutions. Ventures prove their efficacy inside real operations without putting the host's capital or reputation at risk, and every pilot produces a decision-ready case study that moves proven solutions to adoption across a region.
We're looking to connect with living labs, innovation intermediaries, and public or private organizations that want to do this same work: to shift from grant-dependent pilots toward a durable service model, and to apply our blueprint in their own context. Whether you're rethinking how your lab sustains itself or building regional innovation infrastructure from the ground up, we'd like to compare notes and explore how our approach could work for you.
If this is the direction you're moving, let's talk.
