JAS Technologie Sp. z o. o. is a Polish innovation and technology implementation company operating in the fields of artificial intelligence, image analysis, biometrics, telecommunications and security systems.
One of the company’s many strengths is its cooperation with leading research institutions specialising in security, including the Polish Forensic Association, Polspar, the Police Academy in Szczytno, the Military University of Technology, the Warsaw University of Technology, the Main School of Fire Service, the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, the Military Institute of Chemistry and Radiometry, the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection, and the National Institute of Telecommunications.
To date, the company has participated in eight research and development projects co-financed by the Polish National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) in the field of national defence and security, as well as in the international iBorderCtrl project under the Horizon 2020 programme. The institutional stakeholders and end users of these projects include services subordinate to the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration and the Ministry of Justice.
The JAS Technologie team consists of specialists with many years of experience in strategy development, technological concept creation, system design and the delivery of complex technical projects.
In recognition of its activities in the fields of security and defence, the company has received the National Security Leader Award three times.
The Honorary President of JAS Technologie is Professor Brunon Hołyst, PhD, DSc, Dr h.c. mult., a distinguished Polish criminologist, forensic scientist, victimologist and suicidologist, and the recipient of two honorary doctorates.
