This is a direct request, separate from our Project cooperation listing on this platform. We are not looking for a subcontractor or a purely academic collaborator — we are looking for a partner willing to genuinely co-own and co-drive this project forward.

Why we're asking this way

The core technical and IP work has been done by a solo inventor: three provisional patent applications filed (USPTO), covering the core mechanism and its application. What is missing is not the idea — it's the institutional weight, track record, and hands-on partnership needed to carry a deep-tech project through 36 months of R&D and beyond.

What we're looking for in a partner

• Experience taking deep-tech / materials-science projects from prototype to institutional deployment or funded R&D

• Comfort working with a solo-founder at an early stage — not requiring a fully built-out team before engaging

• Genuine interest in the problem (verifiable data deletion, institutional trust infrastructure, expanding the scope of the project in the area of data security ), not just interest in the grant funding itself
