About
HTB Crisis Control helps organizations prepare for high-impact cyber incidents through realistic, AI-enhanced, on-premises crisis simulations that combine real-world threat data, live adversary activity, and executive decision-making. Designed to engage stakeholders from the SOC and Incident Response teams through to leadership and wider business functions, exercises recreate the organizational pressure and complexity of a real cyber crisis.
Hyper-realistic scenarios based on nation-state attacks, cybercrime campaigns, and emerging threats enable organizations to test technical response capabilities, executive recovery playbooks, communication processes, and cross-functional coordination. Exercises can also rehearse regulatory obligations and reporting timelines associated with frameworks and regulations including NIST CSF, NIS2, DORA, and SEC requirements.
Each exercise concludes with comprehensive, board-ready reporting that validates existing playbooks, identifies gaps in response and communication, provides technical analysis of the attack chain and system compromises, and delivers targeted recommendations for continuous improvement. This gives security leaders actionable evidence to strengthen resilience, support regulatory and audit requirements, and inform future resource and training decisions.
