Green Potash Alliance – Advancing Sustainable Fertilisers and Rural Revitalisation
About
We are advancing sustainable potash production through our Zero-Residue Muga Project in Spain — a model that aligns with the EU Green Deal, Farm to Fork Strategy, and DG GROW’s industrial resilience goals.
We seek strategic partners across the agri-food value chain, research, and public institutions to strengthen Europe’s self-sufficiency in fertilizer minerals and promote circular, low-impact production.
Our zero-residue backfilling system reinjects all mined material underground, eliminating surface waste and protecting ecosystems while providing a stable, local source of potash-based fertilizers vital for soil health and food security.
We aim to collaborate on:
-
Public–private partnerships for sustainable fertilizer production
-
R&D and knowledge exchange on circular nutrient management
-
Pilot projects linking mining, agri-tech, and green innovation
Let’s build a resilient, sustainable European agri-food ecosystem — rooted in innovation, collaboration, and responsible resource use.
