Located in one of Spain’s most depopulated rural regions, it will create 800 jobs, strengthen local SMEs, and foster innovation, training, and knowledge exchange. Geoalcali’s model shows how responsible mining can empower agri-food systems, advance rural revitalization, and reinforce Europe’s autonomy in essential raw materials for sustainable agriculture.
