About
BIOSASUN offers a portfolio of high-value food products rich in olive polyphenols, including functional craft beers (with and without alcohol), probiotic drinks (such as water kefir and kombucha), and gourmet delicacies with fresh truffles and truffle aromas (including truffled sauces, asparagus and artichoke creams with truffle, truffled piquillo pepper sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and piquillo-based jams). We also export fresh truffles, produce high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oils (Arróniz variety, under the “OleoHealth” brand), and valorize olive industry by-products, such as olive stones and polyphenol-rich aqueous extracts. These products are developed in our pilot plant with bioactive extraction capabilities and are designed to contribute to healthier, sustainable food systems within EU-funded innovation projects.
