E-Moped Sharing as an Integrated Solution for Sustainable Urban Commuting

Conflee proposes a scalable e-mopeds/e-cargo mopeds/e-motorcycles (already available at Conflee) + smart sharing platform that provides a practical, zero-emission alternative to private-car journeys by connecting public transport, workplaces, neighbourhoods and key urban destinations. The solution combines a shared fleet of electric mopeds with a digital platform and strategically located mobility hubs, enabling users to seamlessly cover first- and last-mile journeys that are often poorly served by conventional public transport. Thanks to integration of data analytics and AI, demand based fleets are deployed at mobility hubs thus maximizing the efficiency. This means less vehicles and maximum mobility, a vision we have been long aspiring for in city centers. Designed for collaboration between cities, employers, transport operators and mobility providers, the system can support employee commuting, everyday urban mobility and shared corporate fleets while increasing vehicle utilisation through flexible multi-user access. Dedicated cargo e-moped models further extend the system to on-demand urban deliveries, allowing businesses, retailers and service providers to use the same mobility ecosystem for efficient zero-emission logistics. Through real-world pilots, Conflee aims to demonstrate how shared electric mopeds can complement public transport, reduce dependency on private cars, support cleaner urban logistics and provide cities with a commercially viable and transferable mobility model that can be replicated across European regions.
