About
Odunpazarı, with a population of 430,000, is a historically and culturally vibrant district located in the city of Eskişehir, Türkiye. The city is renowned for its traditional houses, museums, handicrafts, university students and strong social life. The municipality is at the forefront of innovative initiatives in the areas of sustainability, social inclusion and circular urban development, in addition to preserving this cultural heritage.
Odunpazarı Municipality is committed to developing projects that link cultural identity with green and resilient urban policies. The municipality has been actively involved in initiatives on climate adaptation, circular economy, social services, and participatory urban planning, working closely with local universities, NGOs, cooperatives, and residents.
